accessible keycode entry, modern bathroom amenities, effective air conditioning
Noise disturbances from adjacent rooms really affect relaxation!!! Poor Wi-Fi connectivity makes it frustrating to stay connected!!! Limited dining options within the hotel leave much to be desired!!!

I appreciated the clean, modern room that made for a comfortable stay. The keycode entry system added an element of convenience, eliminating worries about losing cards. The friendly reception staff offered great recommendations for local attractions, which enhanced my exploration of the city. The terrace for breakfast was a lovely touch. It added a nice atmosphere while dining. For minor inconveniences, the breakfast only included continental choices at a nearby café, which limited options. The bathroom setup with glass dividers provided less privacy than expected. Wi-Fi connectivity suffered at times, which was frustrating. Overall, a solid choice but some areas could be improved for a more seamless experience.

The location was fantastic, just 100m from the metro, making it easy to explore local attractions. I appreciated the USB charge point in the room, which added convenience to my stay.
Be prepared for thin walls, as noise from adjacent rooms can disrupt your sleep. The breakfast options were quite limited, which might not suit everyone’s taste.

The location was perfect for my exploration of Genoa's attractions. Just a short walk from the Doge's Palace and via Giuseppe Garibaldi, I found it easy to visit the landmarks. The modern room design made for a comfortable stay, and I appreciated the minimal use of plastics in the toiletries. However, I did find the absence of a desk and a bidet in my room inconvenient. Overall, it made for a cozy base to enjoy the city's hustle and bustle.

Oh my gosh, the chocolate croissants at breakfast were next level—honestly, a must-try! Plus, the staff, like Gaia at reception, are gems, offering great tips on local culinary delights. The location is perfect, just a stone's throw from the port area for your food adventures.
Sure, the Budget Double Room felt a tad snug, so maybe go for a bigger size if you’re after more space.

Ope! The location is just perfect, a skip away from the busy square, but quiet enough to grab some Z's. Had a real nice shower with great water pressure. The room was a bit snug, but clean and comfy. Wished the Wi-Fi was steadier, though!

The location is absolutely unbeatable, just steps away from key attractions and local dining. The staff demonstrated exceptional care and support, especially during a stressful arrival, making our experience memorable. The room was modern and clean, fitted with effective air conditioning and complimentary toiletries. however, the sliding bathroom door offered limited privacy. Accessing the hotel was straightforward, but navigating the narrow streets could pose a challenge for those with mobility issues.
